ABC has followed four American families over the past year as they deal with the daily challenges of teen pregnancy and parenting. The show, airing at 10 PM EST, also explores two types of teen sex education programs: a sex education class in Massachusetts that discusses abstinence and the value of sexually active teens using contraception, and an abstinence program based in Texas.

An extremely explicit YouTube video from England, meant to scare teenage girls out of ever getting pregnant, has become an Internet sensation after it was initially removed, only to later be reinstated. The video shows a teenage girl on a school field, surrounded by a loud mob of other students fighting to watch as she gives birth. The video ends with the caption: "Not what you expected?
