- You’re not alone! Feeling alone is one of the main reasons you might fall victim to peer pressure. Maybe you feel that no one understands what you’re going through. Remember, you aren't alone. It can help to talk with a trusted adult or family member about what you’re going through. You'll likely find out they were in your shoes when they were your age, and you'll be inspired to walk your own path!
