Why get tested?
Many people who have an STI do not have any symptoms. That is why getting tested is the only way to know for sure. STI testing is free, confidential, and easy! STI testing can be done at a clinic near you or through an at home test. At home testing can be done quickly and privately. Simply request a test to be mailed to you in a discrete envelope and then follow the directions when it arrives. For some HIV tests, you may be able to get the results in minutes. For other tests, you will collect a sample and send it back to a lab. Then you can check back in through an online system for your results.
