- There is a method to fit everyone’s lifestyle. If you don’t think you’ll remember to take a pill every day, that’s OK- maybe the IUD or implant is a better choice for you. If you prefer a barrier method over hormonal BC, you can always use condoms, a sponge, or the cervical cap.
- Visiting a clinic and talking to a clinician is the best way to figure out which BC method is right for you.
