Yikes.  Add bad sperm to the long list of health hazards linked to being overweight, including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, back pain, and stroke.  Research by scientists at the University of Aberdeen (in the UK), find that overweight men have lower quality sperm than men of normal weight.  Check out the rest of the story here.

Raped Upper St Clair Student Files Lawsuit Against School

This is some disturbing and sad news about the way a school district has mishandled a case of a high school student accused of sexually assaulting 5 female students. A former Upper St. Clair High School student and her parents have filed a federal lawsuit against the school district and several officials, claiming the school failed to protect her from being raped by a fellow student despite previous reports of sexual assaults by the 14 year old boy.

Britney Spears Ends Custody Battle; K-Fed Retains Sole Custody

Britney Spears has ended her custody battle against her ex-husband Kevin Federline.  All parties have agreed to the following: Kevin will retain sole legal and physical custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. Britney will continue to have visitation rights which may increase over time.  The agreement allows Spears three visits a week, including two overnights with potential for more.
