Say it with me, “Masturbation!” Yes! Most people do it — yet so many people worry about doing it! That's because there’s a lot of myths out there that masturbation is dirty, dangerous, or something to be embarrassed about doing. But the truth is:

Masturbation is safe and healthy.
People of all ages do it.
Guys do it, and girls do it too.
Single people and people in relationships do it.
Some people do it a few times a day, and some do it a few times a year.

Why Do Girls Stay in Abusive Relationships

"Some teens don't realize that they're being abused. Some teens think that being controlling is a sign of love. The cycle of violence is powerful. It results in low esteem so it's easy to be controlled, and some teens can't tell what a healthy relationship is because they have no good examples."

The fact is, teens should NOT have really bad pain or cramps. And if they do, they should talk with a doctor to make sure they don’t have endometriosis (end –o-me-tree-o-sis).
